Schedule of Events
We have another incredible line-up this year.
Story Slam : Jump in with Both Feet
Do you have a story to tell? Based on the wildly popular storytelling slams held across the nation in places like New York, Boston, and Boise, our Story Slam is a competition of true stories told by members of the audience, based on a theme. This year the theme is: Jump in with Both Feet!
Anyone with a five-minute personal adventure story that fits the theme can drop their name into a hat. Ten names will be drawn at random, and each contestant will have five minutes onstage to win over the crowd. Judges, also drawn from the audience, will score the performers on a ten point scale. At the end of the slam, there will be a winner who goes home with bragging rights and a prize. Check our website this spring for the theme and complete rules.
